We are always trying out new and fun ways to train our class members. The boxing lessons in our class schedule will test you and will have parts of boxing training in them. You have to be a Full Member to attend one of our classes and we guarantee you’ll have lot’s of fun. Boxing Personal Training
There is no better way to learn how to box than ‘One to One’ personal training. Our personal trainers are professionally qualified and are very experienced in the art of boxing. We have a passion for the science behind your personalised training programme.
Personal Training is tailored for your needs, and will improve your skill sets at the same time.
I love this gym. The trainers are really open minded and happy to train everyone. Consequently the team is great, and independent of your level you will find it challenging. You will develop strong cardio here, but the boxing training is also top notch.
A really authentic club with some great personalities – you really do feel part of the club from day one. A great mix of PT, traditional weight training and great cardio workouts and classes. Would very strongly recommend to anyone looking for an alternative to traditional gyms.

I was looking for a fitness routine that would increase my stamina and build strength. I was bored of running machines and weight training and was looking for something that would challenge me. The Berserker is the toughest and most extreme work out I have ever undertaken. Pure class!.
